From an unannounced Tone Rion,to the new English Oliver, to English Miku Demo's amd even Kaito English, alot is happening in the Vocaloid world, however the vocaran is still the same as ever, and new songs are just ahead after the break!


Nami's Opening Statement:

Good morning, it’s time for this week’s VocaRan!
It’s mid-October, and tree leaves have slowly started to go crimson. Landscapes are changing drasticly, at the invitation of the vivid red leaves.

But those red leaves aren’t the only drastic change. VOCALOID3 will soon be released, making this end-of-year very exciting. It can be felt in this week’s ranking.

Well then, let’s watch the ranking without further ado, from #30!

Before VOCALOID3′s release, there’s this much anticipated big album!

“EXIT TUNES PRESENTS Vocalocluster feat. Hatsune Miku”, by EXIT TUNES, to be released on October 19.

Also, three last minute news on VOCALOID3, to be released on October 21, have come out:

• the VOCALOID channel has opened on NicoNico Douga

• AHS’ incredible false start (translator’s note: AHS began shipping copies of the VOCALOID3 Editor earlier than expected, without YAMAHA’s permission. AHS had hinted at this early shipping on October 7, telling AHS Store customers “something special may happen if you preorder [your copy of the VOCALOID3 Editor] before October 11″. On the 16, a mail from the AHS Store told customers that they could “start using the VOCALOID3 Editor right away”, while asking them to “refrain from posting songs on video hosting sites until the release date”. Since no VOCALOID3 voicebanks have been released, the only way to use the V3 Editor would have been to import V2 voicebanks. This can only be done through the VOCALOID STORE run by YAMAHA via Bplats, who didn’t, and still doesn’t plan on starting its V3-related services until the release date, October 21. On the 17, AHS apologized for “having said something that could mislead [customers] into thinking they could use [the V3 Editor]” before the release date. YAMAHA officially refers to this incident as a “blunder” on AHS’ part. The mails from the AHS Store to their customers can be found here. )

I just couldn’t resist linking this. KuwagataP arranged for Piano/Strings and with ENE? This even brought Puzzle up to #132 on the ranking!

Final Thoughts/Analysis:
Wow… just what a week. The first half is filled with older songs, however new songs such as Goodbye Carnival (# and NEXT STAGE are just amazing.
